“The treehouse was great!”
It actually felt bigger than the pictures made it seem. Arrival was easy- I met Ted right away and he helped me get my huge bag up the steps. Great place for visiting Savannah, I was about a 7 min walk to the grocery store and just a 5 min uber ride to City Market. I also appreciated that the back alley entrance was well-lit at night when I came home from a late evening with friends. I take the feeling of security (I travel alone a lot) in huge consideration when writing reviews, and I felt just fine here. I’d definitely stay here again!

“We loved the Treehouse! We loved Ted! ”
We loved Pumpkin (his dog)! The size was perfect for 4 people. Cozy, but not oppressively so. Lets go with… perfectly portioned. The location was awesome, very close to coffee shops restaurants and the magnificent Forsyth Park. Ted operates a hair salon on the ground floor of this beautiful old home, and so he is nearby during business hours if anything comes up. Because of this, we were able to drop our bags off on the morning of our arrival, hours before check-in time. Also, we were able to stop by on our way in/out and say hello to Pumpkin! The neighborhood is safe, on a quiet street. Unless you are a jerk, I can think of no reason why you shouldn’t stay here. I wish Ted only the best with this unit, and I hope only the planets’s kindest and most respectful travelers stay in this enchanting little rental. We’ll be back!

“Ted is a great host!”
I really enjoyed meeting him and his friend Diane, as well as Pumpkin (Ted’s very, very sweet dog). I also met several super nice people in Ted’s hair salon (downstairs). Everyone was so nice and helpful. The space was very clean and well stocked, and Ted made me feel very welcome. Check in was easy, and both Ted and Diane were flexible in allowing me to check in a few hours early, which I greatly appreciated. There is a good coffee shop (Sentient Bean) and a great health food store (Brighter Day, I believe it’s called) within easy walking distance of the house.
